A Holiday Cookie Walk and Client Appreciation Open House Hosted
by The Damon Home Realty Team

We’re opening the doors to celebrate you, our amazing clients, friends, and neighbors, with an evening filled with holiday joy, sweet treats, and heartfelt giving.

Spread Warmth with The Pass Along Project

This season, we are proud to support The Pass Along Project, a New Hampshire nonprofit helping children entering foster care. These children often arrive with very little, and your generosity can bring them comfort and care.

Please bring new mittens, hats, pajamas, blankets, or cozy comfort items to donate at the event. Your gift can help a child feel safe, seen, and supported during a difficult time.

If you are unable to attend but still wish to contribute, you can give directly at thepassalongproject.com

The Cookie Walk is
the Heart of the Evening

What is a Cookie Walk?

A Cookie Walk is a long-standing holiday tradition where guests bring a batch of their favorite cookies to share. In return, they “walk” around the display tables and fill a festive bag with an assortment of cookies from everyone else’s contributions. It’s part cookie exchange and part community celebration, offering a fun and personal way to share holiday treats.

One of our favorite holiday traditions is back. The Cookie Walk is your chance to share your favorite cookies and take home a festive assortment baked with love by your neighbors.

Here’s how it works

Bring two dozen of your favorite cookies, either homemade or from your favorite bakery

Include a small recipe card or list of ingredients

Drop them off at the Cookie Walk table when you arrive

Later, we’ll give you a holiday cookie bag so you can fill it with a mix of cookies brought by other guests

You do not need to bake to enjoy the evening.
There will be plenty of cookies, cocoa, and holiday cheer for everyone.
